Beaverton Youth Cheer

Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year

Open to 1 - 12 Grade Students (Homeschooled children welcome!)

I/We certify that the above information is correct. I/We give permission for my/our child to participate in the Beaverton Youth Cheer Program. I/We understand that the Beaverton Youth Cheer Program is not in any way part of Beaverton Schools, and should be treated as such. Any questions/concerns/complaints should be directed to the Beaverton Youth Cheer Board of Directors. I/We understand that I/we as parents/guardians are responsible for transportation to and from practices, games (including away games), and events pertaining to the Beaverton Youth Cheer Program. I/We understand that any member that is absent from 2 or more practices or games may be subject to disqualification/termination from the program, and forfeit any monies paid. I/We agree to return all equipment/gear issues to my/our child on/before the annual awards ceremony. I/We will be responsible for the cost to replace any equipment/gear items not returned, and that a $25 late fee will also be charged every month thereafter until the missing items are returned or paid for, and could forfeit the right for my/our child to participate in the program in later years. A completed emergency contact form will be required for all members to participate.

Deadlines

Registration absolutely ends August 16th, 2025.

All registrations must be turned in and paid by August 31st, 2025.

Payments may also be made in person, no checks accepted.
