This will take you to the complete form to register your child/children for the Fall 2025-2026 season. This form may be completed here, or by paper hand out. This form is required before a cheerleader may be accepted into the Beaverton Youth Cheer Program. You may pay for multiple children in one form, however a separate form should be filled out for each child. Registration closes August 16th.
